| Fuller Job Description : | Our client is an established independent commercial flooring contractor based in Essex. They are now looking to come through the current tough economic climate and expand their team by taking on an experienced flooring estimator. You will need to have a proven background in commercial flooring estimating and be able to demonstrate your knowledge by being able to take in tenders, do all relevant take off, price quote and follow through the process to obtaining the contract. With all of your experience in this field, contacts with suppliers, main contractors and manufacturers should also be in abundance and demonstrable to facilitate you sourcing the best prices for materials and equipment ensuring highly competitive quotations. This is not a generalist contracts manager/estimator type role, but for someone with an established history in this specific field. Excellent salary and benefits available for the right applicant.
